What is HORECA?

HORECA is an acronym used for the hotel, restau­rant and cater­ing sector.

 

From order­ing how long will it take before I receive my order?

If the prod­uct request­ed is in stock you will receive your order with­in 24 hours. If it has to be ordered in we will give you a deliv­ery quote. We pride our­selves on offer­ing a speedy deliv­ery ser­vice and we will do our best to have your order filled as soon as possible.

 

Can the prod­ucts ordered be cus­tomized for our business?

What guar­an­tees do you pro­vide on the qual­i­ty of goods ordered?

Where pos­si­ble we are hap­py to show you a sam­ple of what you are order­ing so that you can be sat­is­fied with the qual­i­ty of prod­uct you are ordering.

 

If we are not hap­py with the goods deliv­ered can we return them?

If there is an issue with the qual­i­ty of goods deliv­ered we will replace them or pro­vide a refund.

 

Are there any loy­al­ty pro­grams in place?

A-Fontane has a Priv­i­lege Card that pro­vides dis­counts on cer­tain prod­uct lines in addi­tion to in-store pro­mo­tions. An enhanced loy­al­ty pro­gram will be launch­ing soon.
